IMPORTANT!!! STRICTLY!!!NO COOKING NO OUTSIDE FOOD & NO NON-HALAL FOOD & NO ALCOHOL NO ACTIVITIES ARE TO BE CONDUCTED AT THE CAMPING GROUND, AT ANY TIME. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INSIDE THE PARK.
URGENT! We shall require a 20% Upfront Deposit as a guarantee for the Booking which must be received as soon as the program date is confirmed or at least 30 days before the date of the Program. An additional 50% upfront payment shall be collected 14 days before the date of the program. In the event of no show or cancellation of the said Program, a Cancellation Fee shall be imposed as follows:
Less than 1 week:100% Deposit shall be retained Less than 14 days: 50% Deposit shall be retained Less than 30 days: 20% Deposit shall be retained

ATTENTION!! For confirmation of dates and program, please let us have the Event Registration Form soonest & 20% Deposit in order for us to block the dates. Booking Dates are considered as still open for new bookings until we receive the above. The Event Registration Form duly stamped and signed must be emailed to us and the original must be submitted to our Camp Facilitator in charge at the camp during registration. Thank you!
